I’m Hannah Rayner, a Nutrition Coach, based in Bath. I conduct all 1:1 consultations via Zoom. I work with a broad range of clients to teach them about real food and revive their health and vitality through nutrition.
I have trained with world-renowned Nutritional Therapist, Amanda Hamilton and I am a qualified Nutrition Coach and Eating Psychology Coach. I am certified through the Complementary Medical Association. I am currently studying for a BSc degree in Nutrition with the acclaimed Institute of Optimum Nutrition via University of Portsmouth.
My journey to a more balanced and healthy life came after years of mediocre nutrition, drinking too much and fad dieting; I finally followed the scientific research and ate myself well. I am astounded by the power of nutrition to change people’s lives through their health. Scientific research into food nutrition is changing the way we think about our bodies and the function of food in our lives. The more that we learn about the action of nutrients at a cellular level, the more we can have an essential understanding of biochemical imbalances that are believed to contribute to the development of many prevalent diseases. It is fascinating stuff and I love sharing my knowledge with clients to help them regain a healthy balance.
I am a mother to three lovely daughters and, like many others, I am concerned about the state of the planet that we are leaving our next generation and the effect of the carbon footprint of the food we eat. I am learning all the time about how we can eat in a more sustainable way whilst understanding that keeping nutrition and lifestyle advice real and realistic is vital for success.
Having a very busy life myself, I understand how easy it is for the daily challenges of life to take over, so that our own body maintenance drops to the bottom of the list. Take action and contact me today.
I give talks to all sorts of groups on how to a improve health and increase your energy. Take a look at this one, where you can learn what makes a healthy diet and how to integrate healthy habits into your busy life.
(Unfortunately the slides didn’t share properly - I am a tech-luddite!)
Through nutrition I find long term solutions to good health, changing behaviour patterns around food, alleviating any health symptoms and helping people feel themselves again.
