Hi. I'm Hannah Rayner, and I am passionate about all things nutrition.
I love using my knowledge of the biochemistry of our bodies and the chemistry of food to help busy people like you supercharge their energy and their mood. 

 

I offer 1-2-1 coaching and aim to make changes that are as easy and enjoyable as possible. The trick is to find a diet that you can maintain with out feeling deprived and I work hard to listen to your needs and develop a healthy eating plan around your life.
