Confused by endless articles on new research telling you what to eat and not to eat? The truth is that there is no one right way to eat that works for everyone. We are all different and have different nutritional responses and taste preferences.

So what is best for you to eat?  

Through my personalised coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan which will give you clear, realistic advice on what to eat to get your health and wellbeing back on track.

When I work with people we focus on five core areas:

  • Find the most effective way for your body to keep in shape long term (and lose fat if necessary).

  • Put together the best diet and lifestyle plan to prevent disease, stay healthy and get your vitality back.

  • Reduce stress and improve sleep patterns.

  • Support the body’s processes to slow ageing.

  • Changing behaviour patterns around food so you can adapt your eating habits to ones that serve you better.

I aim to make changes that are as easy and enjoyable as possible. The trick is to find a diet that you can maintain with out feeling deprived and I work hard to listen to your needs and develop a healthy eating plan around your life.

I know that knowing what you should eat is different to actually what you do eat, so I also work on changing behaviour patterns around food, and we'll review and adapt the plan as necessary as we go.
